Completed emergency first aid training with Karl today. The course ran smoothly and he was interesting and knowledgeable. He ensured techniques were explained in a way which they could be easily remembered for practice.

We all had a chance to use the equipment which was particularly useful for new people and a good reminder for those who have done it before. Carl was friendly and informative.
